Mountain Air Yoga Retreat

June 8-9 we are hosting a small yoga retreat. Open sky, fresh mountain air, wonderful teachers, and some delicious wholesome food. We will be focusing on getting grounded in mind, body, and soul for the upcoming summer season.

We are happy to announce the dinner on June 8th will be prepared by Katelyn Louise the Director of Pure Joy Planet (https://purejoyplanet.com/about/ you can also follow her on Instagram: @klcuisine or her Facebook Kate Louise). She is a Plant-Based Health Educator and Chef and will be providing you with a nourishing, healthy, full body dinner experience on the evening of the 8th surrounded by views of the Catalina Mountains and Mount Lemmon.

INSTRUCTORS:
Ramona Willis will be our Kundalini yoga instructor, she is the owner of High Desert Sanctuary (High Desert Sanctuary) here in Oracle, AZ and has had a huge impact on the health and well being of residents in Oracle.

Kyndle Kuchera will be our Vinyasa flow yoga instructor. Her glow and electric energy will have you motivated and excited for these classes. Her yoga is guaranteed to get your heart pumping!

October 26th

The Mt Lemmon Gravel Grinder leverages the 3C Ranch to provide a complete family-friendly experience. Attendees enjoy the beautiful grounds for event activities and live music, onsite camping and accommodations, campground games, a robust communal campfire and more!

Starting at 4,500 ft. and elevations ranging from 3,000ft in neighboring San Manuel to 8,000ft in Summerhaven, Mount Lemmon,  a limited field of 500 riders will discover the challenges and gratification from riding awesome back-country gravel/dirt roads (and some pavement) among old mining and cattle ranching operations at the foot of the Santa Catalina Mountains within the Coronado National Forest, ALL while taking in the endless beauty of the fall season in the San Pedro River Valley. 

All finishers receive a custom woodallion engraved with their distance, and are welcomed to the post ride after party with live music, tasty food options and refreshing frosty beverages.
